Just like any other skills you have learned throughout your life, making money is also a skill you can learn, you need to decide that you want to make money, list the reasons why you want to make whatever the amount, be willing to pay the price for it (Taking action), organize and discipline yourself to be persistent and never give up until you succeed.
A few years ago I have learned an insight that has changed my life and it is that every skill is like a combination lock, if you have the correct numbers then the lock will open, and it takes no miracles or luck as long as you have the right numbers, the lock must and will be open.

a) you can sell it as it is.
b) you can sell it with Resell rights
c) you can sell it with Master Resell Rights
d) you can create millions of affiliates who can sell it for you

This is just a quick example of many business models that internet marketers use to make a lot of money online.
Now to make money you have to sell either a product or a service, you can either create the product or the service yourself or you can use other peoples products and services. If you create or find the right product to promote you can even turn it into an autopilot cash machine.
The most important factor here is how much desire you have and how motivated you are to take action. Taking action on your decision is the key to accomplishing half of the job, the other half is to follow your plan and do not give up like most people do just as they are about to arrive at the end of it. As long as you keep going and solve the issues towards achieving your goal then almost nothing can stop you. Most people will not take action because they don't believe it's possible, even if they believe it's possible they don't want to commit their energy to it. Don't be one of them. Fail your way to achieve success by keeping on going until it's done.
